Custom Massage incorporates a number of advanced bodywork modalities to personalize your session.  It may include, but is not limited to: deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, trigger point, cranial sacral, thai yoga massage, structural bodywork, muscle energy techniques, stretching, range of motion and of course swedish. First, we will talk to see what you are looking for in your bodywork session.  From nice, easy and relaxing, to a very deep therapeutic session or anything in between.  I will pull from my tool box of modalities to customize your session per our conversation.

$60 hr, $90 ninety minutes

Hot Stone Massage utilizes warmed stones to melt away the pain and tension from your muscles.  The stones gently soothes away stress, leaving you relaxed and renewed.  Just like any massage, hot stone massage can be nice and relaxing or a deeper pressure can be used for targeted areas.

$80 for seventy minutes.  No outcall for this service.

We don't necessarily need to go deep on painful tissues, but sometimes even light strokes or flushing of the tissues can be painful.  It's not that we are inflicting pain, but exposing the pain within the tissues.  By working these areas, recovery can begin and a new sense of ease and relaxation can begin.

Notice that I don't offer several different prices and types of massage. Sometimes if too many types are listed, the client doesn't know what to choose from and might choose a  modality that is not the best one for that day. I listen to what you tell me you are looking for in your session and I will pull from my experience to give you the best results. 

Chair massage is available at your location . What an excellent way to show your employees how much they are appreciated!  Whether it's a one time event or a monthly one, your employees will benefit from it with stress relief and better productivity.

Have a birthday party, baby or bridal shower coming up and want to do something a little different?  A family gathering or any time when several people are getting together is a great time to have chair massage available.

$10 per 15 minutes with a 5 person minimum.
